Fall & Winter are Peel Season!

Fall is here and Winter is right behind and that means peel season is upon us!

This is the perfect time of year to try different facials and peels because it's not hot and humid. Think of how good your skin would feel to walk outside after having a peel. Ahhhhhh... cool fresh air!

Because we are not as active and rarely sweat this time of year, we are refreshed quickly by the elements of nature which soothe the tingling feeling after a peel (i.e. the Deep Sea peel). We also don't have the blazing sun out to heat our faces or the blazing sun rays peaking through the glass window of our car damaging our skin -- but you should still wear a sunscreen to protect year-round!

This is also the perfect time of year to fight aging by starting on a good skin care regimen! Remember, you're not in the sun as often so no need to worry about what to put on your skin to prevent burning. For instance our Refine 4% is highly effective in collagen production, evening skin tone, and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. But you wouldn't want to apply that the night before an all day boating adventure.

But in the Fall/Winter, wake up to a renewed complexion by [1] washing your face to remove any dead skin cells (remember: cells regenerate at night resulting in smooth skin all day), [2] applying a moisturizer, and [3] finally applying your beautiful foundation to enjoy your flawless complextion all season long.

I recommend a cleanser, exfoliater, moisturizer and lets get the peel party started! Book a consultation today to find out what your Fall and Winter skin care regimen should be and which peel series is for you!

I promise you'll see results!

Fall is coming -- is your regimen ready?

We are officially past the last day of summer! Some of you may see skin peeling, an uneven skin tone, or notice dry skin from sun damage. During the next couple of months you may notice your skin start to change.

During the winter months your skin usually becomes much dryer due to decreased humidity. I recommend you book a facial to repair your skin from the damage Summer has bestowed upon you and I'll recommend the appropriate facial and skin care for you. The way I've recommended you use your products during the Summer will be much different in the Winter months. So be sure and find out what your Winter regime should be!
